Note: this site’s WordPress installation issues an HTTP 301 redirect to the homepage for any unmatched internal URL, rather than a true 404 — so the link above resolves successfully after following the redirect and will not trigger the internal broken-link check. The link below instead points to an external URL that reliably returns a genuine HTTP 404, to validate the external-reference check: a broken external link.
